A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. Delivery outside of Regina varies from $30.00 and up depending on the proximity of the delivery location. For more information about out of town delivery charges please call during store hours.

Unless requested otherwise by the customer our policy is to contact the recipient to arrange an approximate delivery time.  If you do not want us to contact the recipient, please state that in special instructions.  If delivery cannot be made, it will be left at a neighbor with a notification on the door of the recipient.

Orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. In the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. PLEASE NOTE, that on Saturdays all orders must be placed by 11:30 am to be same-day delivery. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

or duds, Heavenly offers a 3-day plant exchange policy where if within the
first 3 days a plant starts to die due to an unknown cause it will be replaced

Sale. We always advised our plant lovers to do their research before

Products shipped via Courier like Canada Pos, DHL, UPS or any

We always prefer and loved to provide you
replacement of products of equivalent products, but as we always keep in mind
our customers comfort and ease of usages, we happy to refund the same amount in
our gift card only.
